8732819-60443 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract position supporting high school students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This opportunity is perfect for those passionate about making a difference in students communication skills while enjoying a part-time schedule. The assignment runs from August 12th, 2025 through May 15th, 2026, with onsite work required. Youll work three days a week from 8am-3pm, with Wednesday attendance required and flexibility for the other two days. The role focuses on a caseload of approximately 25 high school students, each with various learning disabilities, offering a chance to use your expertise in a focused, impactful environment.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous experience in a school setting preferred Ability to develop and implement IEPs for students with a range of communication needs Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct SLP services to a diverse high school caseload Administer assessments, develop goals, and track student progress Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families Maintain thorough documentation and follow all compliance requirements Support student participation and success in the educational environment Why consider this role?
