Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or in process of obtaining Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but enthusiastic early-career professionals are welcome Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students educational progress Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as required Provide guidance to other staff regarding communication supports within the classroom Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment by advocating for students needs
