Job DescriptionSkilled Nursing FacilityBe part of a dedicated therapy TeamEasy access to local Regional Management Staff for supportThis position is PRNQualificationsThe Speech/Language Pathologist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes. The Speech/Language Pathologist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology. The Speech/Language Pathologist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Speech Language PathologyCurrent state license/certificationPrefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitationExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health CareDemonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy disciplineKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirementsAdditional InformationThis position is PRN
