Job Description

Ideal candidates will possess expertise in both in-person and teletherapy services, demonstrating commitment to fostering student growth and well-being. Whether you're an experienced SLP or completing your CFY, your skills are valued and can make a real difference.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC). Ability to collaborate effectively in school settings; experience in schools is a plus but not required. Pediatric SLP experience and/or comfort working with children and adolescents. Teletherapy skills and adaptability to different service delivery models. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Provide direct therapy services through both onsite and teletherapy modalities. Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families to support student goals. Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records. Educate and consult with staff on effective strategies for communication challenges.
