Join our team and help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and personally! Position Highlights Full-time opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year Support students across an engaging K-12 school environment Competitive compensation package Consistent school-based schedule with school hours and holidays off Dedicated clinical and recruiting support Opportunity to collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education professionals, and families Work in a supportive environment focused on student growth and success Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups Monitor, document, and communicate student progress Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student communication needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Provide services addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other speech-language needs as appropriate Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF candidates may be considered Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and helping students reach their full potential Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay you can count on Compensation for both direct and indirect services Non-taxable stipends and travel support for your journey Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $55.00 per hour Ready to make a difference?
