Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid license to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome Previous experience in K-12 school environments highly desirable Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff to design and implement intervention strategies Develop treatment plans and document service delivery and student progress Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, sharing observations and data-driven recommendations Engage with families to provide updates, resources, and strategies for reinforcement at home Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as school policies Adapt services based on student needs, including both individual and group therapy This contract position allows you to make a tangible impact on students' learning and confidence while working alongside a supportive educational community.
