We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Ludlow, MA. This is a high school-based position within a specialized educational program supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other learning differences. The Speech language pathologist will provide direct therapy services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise an SLPA while supporting students in developing functional communication and independence skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring Supervise and collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families Support students with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines
Program Details:

Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Knowledge of assistive technology and communication tools Strong collaboration and communication skills Familiarity with IEP development and special education compliance Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00.
