Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, specializing in pediatric care. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children, helping to unlock their ability to communicate effectively. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, voice, resonance, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement targeted treatment plans based on individual child needs and evidence-based practices. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement integrated interventions that optimize therapy outcomes. Maintain detailed and confidential records of assessments, treatments, progress, and outcomes. Educate and counsel families and other caregivers to facilitate the communication development of each child. Adapt and innovate therapy approaches based on child response and emerging research. Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities to stay updated with advancements in pediatric speech therapy. Required Skills Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology theory and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong observational and analytical skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in the use of speech therapy tools and technology.
