Job Description

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families? Join our supportive, multidisciplinary team where collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence come together to create an exceptional therapeutic experience. We are currently seeking a
PART TIME/PRN
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the afternoons/evenings to provide high-quality speech, language, and (optional) feeding therapy services to pediatric clients. The ideal candidate is experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with children from toddlerhood through school age.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each child's unique developmental goals Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each child and family Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team Educate and coach families, caregivers, and educators on effective communication strategies and carryover techniques Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust intervention plans as necessary to maximize results
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Maryland ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcome with strong pediatric experience Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for family-centered care Why Join Us? Pay:
$50.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
