Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Maryland (or eligibility for licensure) Prior school-based SLP experience preferred but not required Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to student-centered and inclusive practices
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on student progress Maintain accurate documentation and IEP records Contribute to school and district-wide initiatives for student success
