Qualifications & Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current SLP license in Maryland (or eligibility for state licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs considered Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated support Maintain accurate documentation and progress records Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
