Essential Qualifications:

Maryland SLP license (current and in good standing) Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting student growth in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and support the implementation of intervention strategies Utilize technology and resources effectively for teletherapy and on-site services within a hybrid model
