Qualifications & Experience:

Active Maryland SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience working with K-12 students preferred Familiarity with hybrid (in-person and virtual) service delivery Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to fostering student success across diverse populations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy to students across various elementary, middle, and high school settings Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and document progress Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure coordinated service delivery Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Flexibly manage caseloads and service delivery, both onsite and remotely Engage students to facilitate communication, language, and social skills development
