Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Mount Morris, Michigan ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Mount Morris, MI Job Details Full-time | Contract 16 hours ago Qualifications Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity working directly with 2nd and 3rd grade students at a supportive school near Mount Morris, MI. This full-time, in-person role runs from as soon as possible through the end of the school year. Engage with a manageable caseload and make a lasting impact on young learners' communication and academic growth.
Qualifications:
Current MI Speech-Language Pathology license required CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered Pediatric and school-based SLP experience highly valued Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families Comfortable working full-time on-site throughout the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy for 2nd and 3rd grade students Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans based on student needs Develop and implement interventions that support academic achievement Maintain detailed and timely documentation and progress reports Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student success Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team goals Adapt therapy techniques to align with school guidelines and student learning styles Engage in ongoing professional development as needed Joining this school means experiencing the rewards of helping children communicate confidently, while developing your skills in a collaborative and vibrant environment.
