Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Michigan SLP license (or eligibility) Experience working with school-aged populations (K-12) Ability to work onsite full-time (40 hours/week) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate records Support students' academic and social success
