Preferred experience and qualifications:

Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota Credentials as SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcomed Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families Ability to adapt to on-site, virtual, or hybrid work as needed

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with the multidisciplinary team Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to student goals Document progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement in and out of the classroom Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and guidance on student needs Perks of this assignment include flexibility in work setting (on-site, remote, or hybrid), the chance to focus on either a pediatric or school-aged population, and the support of a well-organized educational team.
