Qualifications and Experience:

Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred Comfortable delivering therapy both onsite and through telepractice platforms Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to students, developing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Conduct assessments to determine student eligibility and service needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for intervention planning Utilize technology for teletherapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for students Provide support, strategies, and resources for classroom teachers to foster communication-rich environments In this role, youll have the opportunity to blend face-to-face interaction with digital service delivery, making a real impact while enjoying professional growth.
