Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Proven experience working in K-12 school environments Comfort with both in-person and telepractice therapy models Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Adaptability in meeting diverse student needs and comfort with technology platforms used for teletherapy

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders Develop treatment plans and assist in the creation and review of IEPs Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Provide support through teletherapy platforms when needed, ensuring continuity of care Monitor progress and keep accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
