Desired Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Prior experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings is preferred. Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs. Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students referred for services. Create and deliver targeted therapy sessions addressing speech and language disorders. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress monitoring for each student. Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, interventionists, and families, to support students' academic and social success. Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the multidisciplinary team. Stay current on evidence-based practices for communication intervention in school settings.
