Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students! This contract opportunity offers the chance to work closely with children and support their communication and language development within an engaging school environment located near Onamia, MN.

Key Qualifications:

Active Speech Language Pathology licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience working with school-aged populations is highly valued Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech, language, and communication disorders Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Offer both group and one-on-one therapy sessions to address a variety of speech and language challenges Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress Document and report progress data in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans Provide ongoing support and resources to classroom staff and caregivers
