Let's Talk Therapy Speech and Language Services, LLC is looking for an energetic, and collaborative speech-language pathologist to join our team for a school-based contract position. This role involves working with students who have speech, language, communication, and/or social-pragmatic needs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, collaborative, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential. This is for a 8 week maternity leave position starting in January-March.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments Develop and implement IEP goals based on evaluation data Provide individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license Experience in a school setting preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills
