Job Description

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Forest, MS Bright Hope Therapy, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team serving students in the Forest, Mississippi area for the 2026-2027 school year. Bright Hope Therapy is a therapist-owned Mississippi practice providing speech-language services to schools throughout Central Mississippi. We value excellent clinical care, flexibility, professionalism, and creating positions that allow therapists to enjoy school-based practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Position Details W-2 employment Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling from 1-5 days per week Competitive pay Guaranteed pay for scheduled workdays Position follows the school calendar Indirect responsibilities are included as part of the paid workday In-person services preferred Teletherapy may also be considered Support from a local, SLP-owned company Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy to school-aged students Complete evaluations and reevaluations as assigned Develop and implement appropriate therapy goals Complete required documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with ASHA and Mississippi requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Mississippi educator licensure or eligibility for licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Why Bright Hope Therapy? Full-time team members will also be eligible for ASHA dues reimbursement.

Work Location:
Forest, Mississippi area Position availability is contingent upon final district approval and execution of the service contract.
