Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in school-based settings preferred Skilled in evaluating and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for PreK through 8th grade Strong communication and collaboration abilities with diverse teams Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt intervention techniques to meet student needs Commitment to compliance with state and federal education guidelines

Role Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students aged PreK-8 Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with special education and classroom teams Deliver engaging therapy sessionsboth individual and groupto foster student progress Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes in line with district and legal standards Offer ongoing consultation to teachers and parents, supporting generalization of new skills across settings Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development This position offers consistency, professional growth, and the chance to cultivate meaningful relationships with students and staff over multiple school years.
