2026-2027 ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Taylorsville, North Carolina. This opportunity involves working with an Elementary School caseload serving PreK-5th grade students throughout the 2026-2027 school year. The SLP will support approximately 37 students and collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve their communication and academic goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative educational environment. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students in PreK-5th grade Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Foster a positive and supportive learning environment Qualifications Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
