ABOUT US
Little Explorers Pediatric Therapy is a new private practice providing Early Intervention and preschool services, helping infants and toddlers (birth-5) reach meaningful developmental milestones. We value caring, family-centered services and are looking for an SLP who shares our passion for helping young children reach their developmental goals.
POSITION SUMMARY COME HELP US GROW!
We are seeking a licensed professional for home-based or community setting (ex: library) and Parent Child Group Early Intervention (EI)/Preschool services on a part-time basis. Responsibilities Deliver home-based/community family-centered therapy following EI and preschool guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families and the EI team. Coach caregivers in strategies to support communication, feeding, and cognitive-language development. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state EI/preschool requirements. Collaborate with service coordinators, PT/OT professionals, and other EI/preschool providers. Attend required EI/preschool meetings or trainings (virtual or in-person as needed). Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP license or CF candidate ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with Early Intervention/preschool, pediatrics, or family coaching is strongly preferred but not required Reliable transportation for home visits Strong communication and documentation skills This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children while working within a supportive team environment that values professional growth and innovation in pediatric speech-language pathology.
Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
