Job Description

The Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing disorders based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, following established standards of practice. They apply growth and development principles across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and staff to promote teamwork and excellent care. Requirements include a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA, and a valid state license or in the process of completing
CFY. BLS
certification is also required. Preferred candidates have at least six months of related experience. The position emphasizes adherence to organizational values and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
