Conduct triennial, annual, and new-admission hearing screenings for individuals served by WDC. Provide in-service training to WDC staff on hearing health, safety, and related topics. Participate in and support the Employee Hearing Conservation Program in coordination with the Safety Office. Safeguard, maintain, calibrate, and assist with the procurement of audiology equipment. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date audiology records, Speech Department files, and client binders. Maintain and submit required statistical and monthly activity reports. Review and update audiology procedures annually, completing any required revisions by May 30 of each contract year. Provide case management for all individuals diagnosed with hearing loss, ranging from mild to profound. Submit detailed monthly billing/invoices in accordance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
Valid license to practice Speech Language Pathology and/or Audiology in the State of New Jersey.
Preferred:
Proficient in American Sign Language preferred but not mandatory. About our
