Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or CFY status accepted) Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational environment Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs collaboratively Excellent communication, documentation, and organization abilities Passion for supporting children's speech and language development

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for elementary students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success Prepare and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in the IEP process Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services on campus Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and contribute to a positive school environment Enjoy competitive compensation ranging from $48 to $58 per hour, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage included.
