Youll work closely with educational teams at two elementary schools, using your expertise to empower children through personalized intervention and support.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility New Mexico state licensure or eligibility required Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings Background in evaluating and treating communication, language, and articulation disorders Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff Understanding of IEP development and implementation processes Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for elementary students Deliver direct and consultative services based on IEP goals Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate results to stakeholders Support generalization of skills within the classroom and school setting Advocate for student needs and contribute to positive school culture Enjoy a rewarding assignment near El Prado, NM, with competitive hourly rates ranging from $48 to $58.
