Key Qualifications:

Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school environments strongly preferred Experience or interest in moderate to profound caseloads Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse students, staff, and families Ability to manage documentation efficiently and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K12 students in both group and individual settings Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and parents to support student goals Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive care plans Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with district policies
