Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school speech therapy settings preferred Knowledge of assessment tools, progress monitoring, and IEP documentation for school-aged populations Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, families, and IEP team members

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy for K12 students with a range of needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support student progress across academic and social settings Maintain thorough and timely documentation regarding student performance and goal attainment
