- Deliver skilled treatment and document progress per facility and payer standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate updates to patients/families
- Support discharge planning with clear recommendations and caregiver educationRequired qualifications/skills:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and teamwork
