Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state Recent experience with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school populations preferred Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility in managing varying caseloads and adapting to students unique needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with a spectrum of communication challenges Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student success in academic and social settings Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and progress monitoring Provide both direct and consultative services across different grade levels as assigned
