Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required. Previous experience working with Pre-K or early intervention populations is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Strong organizational skills and dedication to student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K students. Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and IEP meetings. Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Engage in ongoing professional development as needed.
