Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This part-time contract role offers 28 hours per week, serving approximately 40-50 young learners ages 3-5 in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere. You'll work within a dedicated team that values open communication, shared expertise, and a passion for fostering every child's communication development.
Key Qualifications:
Current SLP licensure and CCC required Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting, preferably with early childhood populations Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring Enthusiastic commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student goals Maintain detailed records and documentation of student progress Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEPs, and support best practices in speech-language pathology Adapt approaches based on each child's unique needs, fostering growth and confidence
