Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered Previous experience working in school settings strongly desired Comfortable with IEP development, documentation, and collaboration with education teams Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Document progress and maintain student records in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop effective treatment strategies Attend meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teams as needed Offer support and strategies for classroom teachers to aid student success
