Job Description

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome. Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse K-4 student caseload. Deliver both individual and group speech therapy sessions in accordance with IEPs. Develop treatment plans and adapt interventions to support student progress. Participate in IEP meetings, document student progress, and maintain compliance with school and district policies. Consult with teachers, families, and other educational personnel to support communication development. Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students as they work toward their individual goals.
