This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services in a supportive elementary school environment—all within one building, encouraging continuity and connection with your caseload of students.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility) Experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Passion for supporting young learners' academic and social-emotional success

Role Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students grades K-4 Consult with classroom teachers and families to ensure student progress and facilitate best outcomes Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines Maintain detailed documentation of student goals, services, and progress Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and participate in school-based initiatives Serve as a collaborative partner with staff and families to foster a positive and inclusive school culture Enjoy the benefits of working consistently throughout the full school year in a single location—no split assignments—allowing you to build genuine relationships with your students and colleagues.
