Full-time Opportunity Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join an elementary school team in South Carolina for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. The Speech-Language Pathologist will work with elementary-aged students, providing evaluation, intervention, and consultation services in a collaborative educational setting.

Lexington, SC Key Responsibilities:
Assess students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized therapy programs Provide direct and indirect speech-language services Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate records and required documentation Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
Pay:
45-55 an hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility to obtain licensure School-based experience is preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
