What we're looking for: Active Tennessee SLP license (TN SLP) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Background providing speech therapy services in pediatric and school-based environments Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans Demonstrated success supporting diverse learners at elementary and middle school levels Comfortable working across two nearby schools Openness to both onsite and, potentially, virtual/VOCO models Your role will include: Conducting evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Delivering direct and indirect therapy to students, both one-on-one and in group settings Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student progress Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports Participating in school meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams Imagine making a real difference in students' academic and social lives, all while growing your own professional skills in a supportive educational environment.
