Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Deliver impactful speech-language services in an educational environment through a rewarding contract opportunity. This position is perfect for a skilled SLP ready to make a positive difference in students' communication development. Work on a dynamic team supporting diverse student needs with the flexibility of a contract engagement. Preferred applicants will have demonstrated experience or credentials in school-based settings. Those with Teletherapy expertise, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or those pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Bilingual candidates will be highly valued to better serve the community.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license in the state SLP-CCC or in progress of completing CFY Experience providing speech-language services in schools or similar settings Proficient in delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred for communicating with diverse families Strong collaboration and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations for students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educational teams Provide direct therapy services individually and in group settings (in-person and virtual) Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school policies Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize students' success and generalization of skills Embrace an opportunity to grow professionally while helping students thrive.
