Key Qualifications:
Active SLP license with CCC-SLP or pursuing CFY Proven skills in pediatric speech-language pathology Experience working in school-based settings Strong background in supervision, particularly of SLPAs (required) Adept with ARD meetings, GOAL writing, and student evaluations
Primary Responsibilities:
Full-time caseload with elementary school students Provide direct and consultative SLP services Supervise SLPAs and collaborate with educators/support staff Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and ARDs Develop, implement, and monitor personalized student goals Maintain accurate records and participate in professional meetings
