Job Overview Epic Therapists is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in providing Epic therapy services to patients in our private clinic & private schools in proximity to our clinic. Full time Position,Plano, TX! Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to address speech and language disorders. Program functional activities that help support generalization of skills In the community. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to support patient progress. Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding speech therapy techniques. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Stay current with research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language functions. Experience in pediatrics or early intervention is highly desirable. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to identify communication disorders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
