The practice serves children from early intervention through high school, providing individualized speech therapy services in a warm, collaborative environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a local SLP looking for full-time/part-time, flexible work-ideal for someone returning to the workforce, balancing family life, or seeking to supplement a school-based position.

What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services to children in both office-based and daycare/home settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and developmental goals
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Serve a diverse pediatric caseload across Loudoun CountyWhat We're Looking For
• Active Virginia SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred)
• Pediatric experience required; early childhood experience is a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling
