Depending upon experienceA thriving and family-focused pediatric therapy practice is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing team! The practice serves children from early intervention through high school, providing individualized speech therapy services in a warm, collaborative environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a local SLP looking for full-time/part-time, flexible work-ideal for someone returning to the workforce, balancing family life, or seeking to supplement a school-based position.
What You'll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services to children in both office-based and daycare/home settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication and developmental goals
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Serve a diverse pediatric caseload across Loudoun CountyWhat We're Looking For
- Active Virginia SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred)
- Pediatric experience required; early childhood experience is a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and flexible with scheduling
