Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Holds current (or eligible for) VA SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered School-based or pediatric experience preferred Skill in assessment, report writing, and individualized therapy sessions Comfortable overseeing IEP processes, evaluations, documentation, and meetings Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs Attend, participate in, and contribute to IEP and team meetings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
