Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract role supporting elementary students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, 40-hours-per-week opportunity begins August 26, 2026, and wraps up June 7, 2027. You'll provide both direct and indirect services across a welcoming elementary caseload while benefiting from guaranteed hours and a focus purely on speech-language therapy—no expectations of bus or parent-duty outside of your contracted hours. Candidates with their CCC or who are completing their CFY are welcome, and school-based SLP experience is highly valued. If you're a travel therapist, stipend eligibility delivers additional support as you make a difference in a vibrant, scenic community.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active or pending state license (ASHA CCC or CFY considered) Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Enthusiasm for fostering inclusive, supportive environments for students
Responsibilities:
Provide sound assessment and therapy for students on an elementary caseload Develop and implement IEP goals, tracking student progress Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams regularly Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Engage in professional development to stay current in best practices
