Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Join Our Team at Bee's Knees Pediatric Therapy! At Bee's Knees, we believe children learn best through connection, play, and meaningful relationships. We're looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist who is excited to grow alongside our team and provide neuroaffirming, child-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer graduate with a strong desire to learn, we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children and families. What You'll Do Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy to pediatric clients. Develop individualized treatment plans that honor each child's unique strengths, interests, and communication style. Partner with families through education, coaching, and collaborative goal setting. Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, family-centered care. Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner. Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing learning opportunities. We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Outgoing, energetic, and able to build strong relationships with children and families. Passionate about pediatric therapy and committed to lifelong learning. Neuroaffirming in philosophy and respectful of diverse communication styles and developmental differences. Play-based and creative in their therapeutic approach. Flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of our growing practice. Collaborative, dependable, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture. Holds (or is eligible for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certification (or is completing their Clinical Fellowship).
