This full-time, full-year contract position is situated at a single site, fostering a strong sense of community and continuity as you work alongside dedicated educators and support staff. In this role, you will work primarily with general education students, while also providing interventions for a smaller group (10-15) of students with social-emotional needs, maintaining a manageable total caseload of about 50 students. Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) will make a tangible difference in students academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid SLPA license in Arizona, or eligibility to obtain Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred Familiarity with delivering services to both general education and students with social-emotional needs Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Ability to manage and organize documentation for a caseload of 50 students

Responsibilities:

Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising SLP, delivering speech and language services in both individual and group settings Support students across general education classes and those in resource programs Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student success Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed This contract role allows you to dedicate yourself to one site and truly connect with students and staff over the course of the academic year.
