Key Qualifications & Experience:

Valid SLPA license or certification as required by state regulations Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating as part of an educational team Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new situations Ability to work effectively under the virtual supervision of a licensed

Speech-Language Pathologist Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) under the direction of a licensed SLP Conduct therapy sessions focused on improving students' speech, language, and communication skills Assist in preparing materials and activities for therapy sessions Collect data and maintain accurate records of student progress Participate in team meetings and coordinate with teachers, staff, and families Collaborate remotely with a supervising SLP to ensure best practices and compliance
